In the early 21st century, after 4 decades of decline in industry, the intl factors that drew industry to the far East, reversed, and the United States became the seat of a flourishing of civilisation that revived all aspects of the civilization of that era.
The leaders of Manufacturing, launched an effort that enriched all of life for their communities. abandoning the purely analytical model, they embraced the needy in their communities and the life of the heart and soul, not only the mind.
They built facilities that incorporated fitness, culture, education, and benevolence. They did away with the image of the geeky, cold, indifferent engineer, and established the image of the Inginiero, the Fixer, motivated by the needs around him.
Through education in museums of technology, they created displays recounting history of breakthroughs and brought to life the very real needs that they filled.
Young people responded to this rich, empathetic, purpose-filled vision, and flooded the Science, T, E, Math depts in schools. Their participation was marked by an increase in cultural dance, cross pollination with art programs, and problem solving programs as internships on college campuses and in communities.
The artistic community cooperated, as design and function married. Ongoing education on personality styles, conflict resolution, and creativity, established a new level of understanding and cooperation between the analytical world of engineering, and the abode of the heart in the world of art.
In a reaction to the sterility and absence of the affective so observable in engineering schools and industrial architecture, the new environment was marked by design, comfort, and creativity. The factories' floor plans flowered with areas for collaboration with architects, and designers. Motorcycle design studios were available for employees to experiment and to encourage creativity. Art galleries were available with art outreach to disseminate art history and enrich the lives of the employees, their families, and communities. Companies employed Communicators to share the vision and worth of the efforts of the engineers and manufacturers. Their community outreach impacted public, private, and homeschools. The realism of the manufacturers, proved to increase effectiveness and cost worthiness of the projects that they undertook. Working with artists and designers, the creativity and imagination flowered, and the technical underpinnings contributed soundness and integrity to the artistic endeavors.
The Reindustrlzn and Reviv restored the masterfulness of engineering, prospering society, as the twin Giants of Manufacturing and Freedom, put individuals in authority who took initiative to touch the hearts of the communities and to command the purse strings of localities, effecting programs that restored fiscal peace and rejected exploitative parties.
The Revivaissance was prepared when re-ind occurred in US They had prepared for years, anticipating the need to serve the Whole Community, when manufacturing returned there.
