Healthy Ideas to fight Cancer

Supplements and Strategies suggested by Oncologists who are seeing cancer cured (Taken from the book Knockout by Suzanne Somers)

Take Omega-3 fish oil, 5-7 grams daily
Take Vitamin D3, 2000 IU or more4 depending on levels (not sure what levels means. I believe that the Doctor would test your Vitamin D3 level, to see if you are lacking & to what degree.)
Avoid red meat. If u eat it, eat it with vegetales to reduce iro absorption. DON'T let it get charred. Don't eat sugar or sugar substitutes, nor MSG. EAT BROCCOLI, KALE, CAULIFLOWER Use extra-virgin olive oil or coconut oil. Don't cook with oil at high heat. Put turmeric in olive oil to keep it from oxidizing. Drink purified water. Don't drink water that's fluoridated, chlorinated, or distilled. Drink red wine 4 the antioxidants, but not to excess.

Eat enough protein to stimulate the liver.

Exercise
Bouncing stimulates the lymphatic system
Sweat and get more oxygen in your system.
Working around the house is NOT EXERCISE. It is stressful, does not increase the amount of oxygen in the system. It does not allow relaxation and restoration of mental, emotional, and spiritual faculties. Swimming and walking in the pool is GREAT! GOTTA DO IT!

Hola Familia!

Recent events:

Isaac had his soccer tournament on Oct. 16-17th.
The Crusaders came in 3rd place, which was outstanding.
This is the first year that they've placed. In previous years,
they've continually come in last.

Isaac plays forward, he was regularly on the starting line-up.

The picture (at right) was taken right before Isaac left for his tournament,
on the same day Casiphia was leaving to Bolivia.

The top left photo was taken while we were on the sidelines at the tournament.

(Lysandra & Annalisa).

Isaac's final tournament game was truly a roller coaster- they were tied 2-2 at the end. Then they went into double overtime- still tied! We almost didn't make it through the double overtime, because we scored to bring it to a tie right before time was up. Finally, they did a shoot-out- we won by a point. It was epic. Coach Cindy was on her knees, crying, when all was said and done. It goes to show that dedication & hard work truly do pay off! Way to go, Isaac!!
